My name is Marie., and I’m in grade six. I was struggling to keep up with my schoolwork because I didn’t have the textbooks I needed, and carrying my things in a plastic bag made me feel embarrassed. When I received the gift of $50, it changed everything. I bought a beautiful new backpack and three textbooks. With the money left, I was able to buy lunch at school for two months! It felt like a huge burden was lifted off my shoulders. Now, I go to school confidently, and I’m able to focus on learning. Thank you for helping me believe that my dreams are possible.
